Thyme & Eucalyptus Back Relief Soak
If you're like me then the start of the warm months not only means glorious sunny days, but backaches as well. As soon as the weather warms I am anxious to get outside and clean up the yard and plant lots of vegetables and flowers. This means hours of weeding, shoveling and bending over. Before the yard is finished I start feeling the aching in my back.
Now that the flowers are blooming and the vegetables are growing, it's time to sit back and enjoy the "fruits of my labor". Time for a long soak.
15 drops thyme essential oil
4 drops eucalyptus oil
Mix the oils in a hot bath and soak for 15 - 20 minutes.
